Ingredients
1 ¼ Shot of La Fée Absinthe
1 ¼ Shot of Single Cream, Half and Half, or your favourite plant based alternative.
¾ Shot of De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao
½ Shot of Wild-Arbor Cream Liqueur
Directions
1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice (large lumps please) and shake thoroughly
2. Then strain. Double straining, that is passing through your strainer twice, is good practice, and it’s what all the good fairies do!
Garnish
1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg (additional garnish of pixie dust is entirely optional)
2. Serve in a coupe glass
